Great vest
Works perfectly and was a welcome Christmas gift for my guy who works outside. Recharging is simple and it fits perfectly. Hes a large, occasionally extra large if something is on the small side or a slimmer fit. I ordered a large vest and it was perfect. - Works well, fits properly, arrived reasonably quickly to Canada from the U.S.

All appears great
Haven't got to use them yet because I didn't order him the battery pack or any type of plug device. The warming store is currently out of the wired devices, but I ordered a battery pack. The gloves themselves are comfortable and fit a size larger than the measurements. -

Battery Charger
I plugged the charger in the wall. I plugged the cord into the battery. In a while the battery was fully charged. - It charged my battery just as expected.

Heated gloves

Great Buy
I bought this for a friend of mine who was going up north for Christmas. When it arrived, it was a little bit too small and the battery didn't charge well. Being pressed for time, I called the company and they sent me the next size up and a new battery immediately. Staff was extremely accommodating. When he went up north, the jacket proved to be perfect. It was very cold and lots of snow. He said it kept him very comfortable and everyone else was a little bit envious. We are both very pleased. - Jacket is well made, Battery life was pretty good, Love the thumb holes that keeps the arm of the jacket in place

comfortable
I sat outside for over two hours in temps below 20 with wind and stayed warm the whole time. I did have to plug the power in several time before I could get the lites to lite. - warm and comfy

High quality product & service
This is a really high-quality vest and I love the feature to warm the neck. I've bought several heated vests and jackets; I like the vests more because jackets don't have heated arms and vests can be worn under jackets for extra warmth. The customer support is excellent! I was missing the battery and charger and they shipped it right away during the busy Christmas season. I'm definitely committed to this vendor now. - Long battery life, heated neck, high-quality

Pretty good, but not as hot as you would think...or like...
That said, work pretty well. You can't expect you hands to sweat with 7 volts ! :) Used these for duck hunting recently, about 20 degrees, no wind. Worked OK, better than just gloves ! Then put them inside a pair of flip top mittens to really take advantage of them. That worked well ! - Well built.

Stylish and Warm
I am quite pleased with my new Gerbing vest. It replaces an older one that I had been using for almost a decade. I have quite a few products from Gerbing that use the 7V battery system. I only had one failure on a pair of gloves on which the connector got brittle and broke off due to the -35C weather. My new vest is warmer than my old one, mostly due to the addition of a heated collar. I have also got complements on the look of the vest. It is also reasonably warm without the heat on. -

Worth the money
Road in 17 degree weather at 70 mph and stayed toasty warm. Also road in rain storm lasting 4+ hours crossing Alabama, and stayed dry except for 4-6 inches at very bottom but to me that is expected due to spray. You can take out liners but kind of a pain, I tried it to see if I could. I have 40 inch waist and went with 3xl so that I could slide on over boots and pants easier. I purchased cheap suspenders so that the pants stay up. love these things. - Dry, warm. I Don't really need heat until below 32. Wind proof and waterproof.

Heated Gloves
So far I have only used the gloves one time and it really wasn't freezing out. Once I turned the gloves on, the heat came within seconds. Not only the palms were heated but also the fingers. I am, so far, very satisfied with these gloves. - Heats entire hand. Heats in seconds.

Very practical piece of clothing
High quality product. Works as advertised. Comfortable to wear. Power pack is easy to operate. Fleece vest works easily with any outer wear or can be worn alone. Overall very pleased with the product and the Warming Store. I will definitely consider purchase of more items. -

GREAT GLOVES FOR MOST RIDERS
I've had these gloves for 4 years now. They are branded Harley-Davidson. They are the most supple winter glove I've ever had. Very warm. For me there is one major problem, but all heated gloves have the same problem. I ride all winter in Chicago and it can get down to -0 temps. The fingerprint area of my thumb and fingers get COLD - very COLD. That area is not heated. I've contacted all the mfg's and they all say no one else complains about that so no modification is warranted. I even have heated grips and my finger tips still get cold. Maybe it's because I have long fingers. - Very supple and warm. Very versatile for off bike activities.

LOVE IT!
I HAVE A LOWER LUMBAR ISSUE. I ORDERED THIS NOT SURE HOW IT WOULD WORK.

Tight fit
Run a little small. I ordered a large, which is my usual size, but an XL may have fit better. Will have to wait for winter to see if they keep my hands and fingers warm. -

WELL worth the money
Deserves a 5 star rating but had to repair the front material of the liner with some 'Tenacious' Tent Repair Tape(black). The liner material is TOUGH...but thin, as it should be for a 'liner', but something caustic spilled on the front & caused some 'cosmetic' damage so I had to repair it. Going into my 2nd winter with NO REGRETS with the investment. My Gerbing gloves get almost a high setting but the liner stays about 1/2 & am sometimes TOO toasty. An insulated long sleeve denim or flannel shirt is plenty of outer layer for these winters...so far. Yes, I would recommend. - good sleeve to glove protection, thin enough for more outer options.

I called the website because I needed this ASAP I asked where they ship from they told me Philadelphia I asked if I could go and pick up they told me the store and warehouse was there. As I am close I drive there. 5 Star service very nice very helpful great people dealt with Sarah and Laura. Will tell all my motorcycle friends as same jacket was $100 more at local Harley Davidson store. Will definitely go here or order from website if I need anything else. - Great customer service

Should Do The job
Gloves are warm even without power. Rode in the mid 40's without power and didn't feel anything one way or the other. Hands were just the right temperature. Have only connected them to power while sitting on the bike in the garage. Heat was pretty much instantaneous. After a few minutes at full power I was sweating overall. Decided I'd best pick up a heat controller. Tour Master Synergy 2.0 Dual works fine with the gloves. Seem like they'll be just fine when the temps get into the 30's and below.
Not much in the way of protection, but wasn't really expecting it. A layer of leather in the palm and on along the outside of the pinkie and hand, and a 1 x 1 1/2"" TPU? pad on the outside base of the palm (black rectangle, not like the picture). Minor 1 1/4"" square foam? pad at the base of the thumb. Another similar, narrower pad along the outside of the pinkie.
I wear an XL in REV'IT gloves which fit perfectly, so went with the XL per reviews that stated the EX Pros ran small as compared to US brands (more like Euro sizing). A little snug when first pulling them on, so I think the XL was a good choice there (have loosened up a little since), but the finger and thumb sizes vary quite a bit. Thumb is good, index finger is pretty good, ring finger is close (just a little too big), but the middle and pinkie are pretty far off. Middle about 3/4 of an inch, and the pinkie about a 1/2 inch too long. As the thumb fits well, I'm not too concerned about the fingers. Just pointing out the differences. Good flexibility, and no problem operating the controls.
Overall seem like a well-made glove. Look forward to giving them a thorough workout this Fall/Winter.

2nd pair and not the last
I have raynauds in my hands and toes. These gloves are a lifesaver, and I always have two pairs for each winter. These gloves help me make it to and from work and everywhere else with much less trouble than before I discovered them. Highly recommended! -

TO MEASURE
Sleeve Length: Measure from center back to wrist with arms in the riding position
Waist: Measure around the fullest point of your natural waist
Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose
Outseam: Measure along the outer leg from waist to floor, with riding footwear on
Tip: Best to have someone else measure you
