Patented technology
Microwire Heating
The heating system that made us the original — engineered for even, durable warmth since 1975.
How it works
Conductive filaments, woven in
Microwire weaves thousands of ultra-fine conductive filaments directly into the garment — flexible, even heat with no hot spots, comfortable and washable wear after wear.
Power management
Smart heat, controlled
A sophisticated power-management system distributes warmth where you need it and regulates temperature to maximize comfort and runtime — on 7V battery or 12V hardwired.
7 Volt Rechargeable
Lithium Core
High-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion batteries deliver consistent heat for hours. Onboard controls make it easy to adjust your comfort with the touch of a button.

7V vs 12V
Two ways to power your heat
Both systems use the same patented Microwire heating. The difference is how they're powered — and that decides which is right for you.
7V vs 12V — common questions
Which is warmer, 7V or 12V?
Both reach similar peak temperatures (7V up to 140°F, 12V up to 135°F). The real difference is runtime — 12V draws continuous power from your bike, while 7V runs on a rechargeable battery.
Can I use 12V gear off the motorcycle?
12V gear is designed to wire into your bike. With a compatible portable battery pack it can run off the motorcycle, but 7V gear is the better choice for everyday cordless wear.
Which should I choose for daily wear?
For everyday use on and off the bike, 7V rechargeable gear is the most versatile — no wires, machine washable, and easy to layer. Choose 12V if you ride long distances and want unlimited heat.
