Shipping & Returns Policy


Orders can only be shipped to U.S. & Canadian addresses. Gerbing does not ship to APO’s, FPO’s, or US Territory addresses.

Our orders normally ship with UPS and you can select your delivery service during checkout.

All orders will be processed for shipment on Monday and Thursday of each week. All orders received by 12:00pm eastern on Monday, and again by 12:00pm eastern on Thursday can be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm eastern on these days will be shipped on the following scheduled shipping day.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).



Gerbing stands behind the quality of our gear and we sincerely hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Our products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from us and wish to return any items, please contact Customer Service via email at Our customer support representatives will guide you through the process. Please note the following:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed with original packaging and labels.
  • You may return unused items within 30 business days of purchase for a full refund or online store credit.
  • Embroidered products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

  • Returns not related to product quality issues that are purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
